About mE?

My name is Kevin Fallon and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have always been passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals, and I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with you. I grew up in the Hudson Valley, where I developed a love for outdoor activities and sports. I attended Bridgewater State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and played football for the university team. After graduating, I moved to Queens, where I currently live and work for Equinox as a Tier X trainer at the Hudson Yards location. I have been working in the fitness industry for several years, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in various training techniques and methodologies.

While at Equinox, I helped clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals through personalized workout plans and regular support and guidance. I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their health and fitness, and I’m here to help you make that happen. I've been training with Kevin for about 2.5 months now and have very much recommend his personal training services. I've already noticed myself getting more in shape, more consistent and stronger thanks to Kevin.Additionally he really personalizes the training to increase your strength over time while keeping in mind your goals and abilities.He's also super personable which makes the time go by fast and fun!

Kevin is great at explaining everything clearly. He ensures you that there’s no shame in reducing the weight or the reps when you’re struggling. He comes up with thorough plans and he responds quickly when I have any questions. He works with you to make a plan that best suits your needs. He’s the best!

I have been working with Kevin for a little over 3 months and I am so glad I found him! I was always intimidated by the gym and group workout classes. I thought working with a trainer would be even more intimidating, but I was wrong! Kevin is so down to earth and works with me at my level, but still pushes me to work harder. In the short time I’ve been training with him I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength and stamina. Highly recommend!

Kevin has been training me virtually for a bit over six months now. I live in Panama so i wanted to work with someone that could build effective workouts with the equipment I have at my gym and at home.
