I've been training with Kevin for about 2.5 months now and have very much recommend his personal training services. I've already noticed myself getting more in shape, more consistent and stronger thanks to Kevin.Additionally he really personalizes the training to increase your strength over time while keeping in mind your goals and abilities.He's also super personable which makes the time go by fast and fun!

Kevin is great at explaining everything clearly. He ensures you that there’s no shame in reducing the weight or the reps when you’re struggling. He comes up with thorough plans and he responds quickly when I have any questions. He works with you to make a plan that best suits your needs. He’s the best!

I have been working with Kevin for a little over 3 months and I am so glad I found him! I was always intimidated by the gym and group workout classes. I thought working with a trainer would be even more intimidating, but I was wrong! Kevin is so down to earth and works with me at my level, but still pushes me to work harder. In the short time I’ve been training with him I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength and stamina. Highly recommend!

Kevin’s holistic approach to fitness and health has allowed me to make incredible transformations and build healthy habits that I will carry with me always! He really listens to my goals and incorporates different types of exercises/movements so that my strength, endurance, and flexibility are balanced. Kevin has been training me virtually for a bit over six months now. I live in Panama so i wanted to work with someone that could build effective workouts with the equipment I have at my gym and at home. Kevin has been great at tailoring my workout plans to achieve my fitness goals like building lean muscle mass and toning. I’ve really enjoyed having Kevin as my trainer and I look forward to continuing to work with him! Highly recommended!

    "I’ve been working with Kevin for over 18 months and it’s been great. We initially did in-person training and then, when I left New York, switched to virtual. I was a little skeptical about virtual at first but honestly I think it’s actually been better because it’s more flexible with no loss of quality! In the 18 months I’ve trained with Kevin I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, physique and overall fitness. His programs work at your speed whilst pushing you to the limit of what you can handle. I train 4 times a week and have recommended him to various business partners and friends. I can’t imagine seeing the results I have more enjoying the training as much as I do if I used any other trainer.

      Kevin is the best trainer I've worked with. H is personable, motivating while making you forget you are working really hard, and always is willing to adjust the program he builds for you based on your needs and your access to equipment. He taught me correct form on many exercises I was doing incorrectly for years, and got my husband and I in the best shape of our lives before our wedding! I'd recommend Kevin to anyone that is looking for a trainer to help them achieve a goal, or any one looking to generally better understand their fitness and what levers to pull to improve it.

Kevin’s training programs aren’t a “one size fits all” approach. They are focused on your specific needs. When I first started working with Kevin I had shoulder pain that was really limiting my workouts. He started me off with movements to help stabilize those muscles before gradually getting me back into more conventional lifts, and it really helped!
