"I’ve been working with Kevin for over 18 months and it’s been great. We initially did in-person training and then, when I left New York, switched to virtual. I was a little skeptical about virtual at first but honestly I think it’s actually been better because it’s more flexible with no loss of quality! In the 18 months I’ve trained with Kevin I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, physique and overall fitness. His programs work at your speed whilst pushing you to the limit of what you can handle. I train 4 times a week and have recommended him to various business partners and friends. I can’t imagine seeing the results I have more enjoying the training as much as I do if I used any other trainer.
Kevin is the best trainer I've worked with. H is personable, motivating while making you forget you are working really hard, and always is willing to adjust the program he builds for you based on your needs and your access to equipment. He taught me correct form on many exercises I was doing incorrectly for years, and got my husband and I in the best shape of our lives before our wedding! I'd recommend Kevin to anyone that is looking for a trainer to help them achieve a goal, or any one looking to generally better understand their fitness and what levers to pull to improve it.
I have been working with Kevin for three years and I am really happy with my results. I look and feel better, and have become so much stronger. This makes me more independent and more confident. The workouts are effective and also enjoyable!

"Kevin has created multiple personalized workout plans for me over the past few years. He listens to what you want to accomplish and helps set achievable goals. Kevin’s training programs aren’t a “one size fits all” approach. They are focused on your specific needs. When I first started working with Kevin I had shoulder pain that was really limiting my workouts. He started me off with movements to help stabilize those muscles before gradually getting me back into more conventional lifts, and it really helped!
